The Board of Directors is the guiding body of the NSACG as specified in the By-Laws. The Directors, who are nominated and elected by the General Membership, serve for a term of one year, from July 1 to June 30 of the following year. All functions within the organization are volunteer. There is no direct financial compensation of individuals performing NSACG duties.
